Just finishing looking this book, and it definitely gets my recommendation for food-allergic families! She has a lot of recipes that are free of all the top 8 allergens (rather than just gluten-free, or dairy-free, etc.), which is hard to find in many cookbooks. I also really appreciate that she uses a whole foods approach to cooking, emphasizing the importance of whole, unprocessed, nutritious foods in a limited (allergen-free) diet.
